As part of our current class topic of Food Glorious Food, Louise from Cancer Focus NI dropped into Year 4 yesterday to help our little learners explore the benefits of fresh versus processed foods. Our children played detective to find out how much fat, sugar and salt were in various common foods and Louise helped get an important message across relating to healthy eating.
