Today we were delighted to host one of 12 Healthy Eating Radio Roadshows to be held throughout Northern Ireland over the next few weeks, organised by Lidl Supermarkets in conjuction with Belfast Radio Station U105. Frantic Italian chef Al Freddo assisted award winning professional Dean Coppard, Head Chef of the Uluru Bistro in Armagh and showed all our children several tasty and healthy dishes they could help the folks at home make on a budget. Our children throughout the afternoon also participated in fun games and activities organised by Lidl and everyone went home with a Lidl goody bag. Many thanks goes to the lovely TV & Radio personality Pamela Ballantine who worked so well with our boys and girls and made the whole experience a huge success.
