P2/3 listened to the story ‘The Dot’ by Peter H. Reynolds. We discussed the importance of having a go and taking a risk for learning. Children then put this into practise by creating their own piece of dot art work. They each chose which art medium they would like to use and set about creating their masterpiece. As with all true artists they each signed their work before it was proudly displayed in our classroom.
