Yesterday P2/3 had their final Shared Education session for this year with their friends from St Brigid’s Primary. Roy from Sentinus came to facilitate a STEM workshop. The children discovered how a flimsy, light material like paper can be used to build a tall structure and learned that a triangle is the strongest shape and is used when building bridges. They finished off the session by working in groups to create a moving buggy and of course we finished off with a buggy race. Thank you to Roy for a great morning.
