P3 & 4 are learning about keeping fit and have been setting up our own gym in class! To help us do this, we visited the gym at the Termoneeny Centre & today we got a visit from Tommy who runs the gym. He showed us lots of different exercises that we can do to keep fit and strong. He taught us how important it is to get lots of exercise and drink lots of water.
